Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Intermediate Care on a full-time basis. • Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Our Cardiac Stepdown Unit cares for patients recovering from cardiac conditions and procedures, providing an exciting opportunity to sharpen critical thinking skills, while delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a valued member of our team, you’ll work alongside experienced nurses, physicians, and specialists in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development. 36 bed unit.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• All RNs are required to obtain Chemotherapy Administration Certification within 1 year.

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
