Candidates must hold an active New Jersey RN license with BLS and ACLS. ASN or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred with commitment to pursue within five years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes to intervene early.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers for timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families for next phase of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record for continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to support communication and transitions of care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. ASN or Nursing diploma required. Candidated would need completion of a Dysrhythmia course. If candidate possesses ASN or Nursing diploma, must agree to complete BSN within five years of hire date. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior acute care experience. Maintaining current status of competencies and mandatory.

Critical Care Experience Is Required.

This position offers a 24 hours a week - Day Shift
