Advocate Health's Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee seeks a newly licensed Registered Nurse for the Best Fit Program.

The program provides in-depth experiences across three specialty units with a three-month orientation, designed to match career goals through a Realistic Job Preview. The cohort-based approach supports collaboration and growth, with units selected to fit long-term nursing careers, and is ideal for graduates preparing for Jan 2027 cohort start after Fall 2026

• The Best Fit Program provides newly licensed RNs with in-depth experiences on three different specialty units at St. Luke's Medical Center.
• Participants work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program.
• The program begins with three months of orientation to the RN role.
• Three specialty units will be selected for unit rotations in collaboration with the BFO Program Manager.
• Candidates complete a Realistic Job Preview to determine which unit best fits their career goals for longevity.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

What You’ll Do:

The Best Fit Program is innovatively designed to provide newly licensed Registered Nurses in-depth experiences on three different specialty units at St. Luke's Medical Center.

• Applicants will work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program.
• The program participation starts and progresses over three months of orientation to the RN role.
• In collaboration with the BFO Program Manager, three specialty units will be selected for the unit rotations.
• Through a Realistic Job Preview of each unit's culture, the candidate will determine and choose which unit best fits their career goal for longevity.

Currently accepting candidates who will be graduating in Fall of 2026, requires RN licensure for Jan. 2027 cohort start.
