The Vines Hospital in Ocala, FL, affiliated with Universal Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse (RN) to join our behavioral health team. The RN will participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, assess psychiatric and medical status, administer medications, and respond to crises while supporting Milieu management and patient care.

New grads are welcome; Florida RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in the mental health field preferred.
• License: Licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills. Ability to relate to those emotionally disturbed and in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health care at Universal Health Services, Inc. located in the United States. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver compassionate and effective healthcare services to our communities.
