Job summary

Universal Health Services (HRI Hospital) in Brookline, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for behavioral health. The role offers full-time (32 hrs/week) or part-time (24 hrs/week) options with day (7am–3:30pm), evening (3pm–11:30pm), or overnight (11pm–7:30am) shifts and an opportunity for overtime.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for Day and Evening shift positions. UHS provides a 66-bed inpatient unit with strong growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and access to a nationwide

Qualifications

• MA Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of RN experience required; BSN + 1 year experience accepted in lieu of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient behavioral health nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.

HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.
