Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks an RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in a 414-bed acute care setting within North Texas. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, leadership within the healthcare team, and adherence to facility policies and compassionate service.

Qualifications include Texas RN licensure (compact optional) and 3–5 years in acute care; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region. Since 1965, TMC has forged a special relationship with the people of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. The Standards of Practice set forth by the professional nursing associations will provide guidelines for the competent, safe and professional practice.

Qualifications

Performs as a team member within the Patient Care Service Department with Medical Staff, Nursing, other hospital departments and Physician's office staff in assuring all necessary information is accurate and readily available for the admission of patients.
