Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Baldwin State Prison medical team in Hardwick, GA. The Day shift runs 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a stable, structured clinical environment with focused patient care.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and collaborate with medical and custody staff under the DON and Nursing Supervisor. The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Active Georgia RN license or equivalent (MSL/Compact) is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance including background checks.
