Advocate Healthis seeking a full-time RN to lead an Endoscopy department in a high-volume setting. The role requires a BSN and substantial Endoscopy/GI nursing experience, with management responsibilities. You will coordinate bronchoscopy staff, ensure patient safety, and drive quality patient care within hospital standards.
Requires active RN licensure, BCLS/ACLS, CGRN within two years and PALS preferred. Expect collaborative leadership, adherence to Joint Commission guidelines, and ongoing

Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN and two years' experience in Endoscopy or four years in GI nursing with management experience.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in State of applicable state, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. CGRN required within two years. PALS preferred.
