Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required
• IV certification and medication administration experience
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations governing nursing care
• Team-oriented, patient-focused care
• Positive, reliable attendance and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents with compassion and professional clinical judgment
