You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, round on patient care units, ensure policy compliance, nurse staffing, performance reviews, and professional development, acting as the main resource across nursing units.

As an Administrative Nurse Supervisor, your top priority is building an excellent team that delivers extraordinary care with an empathetic dose of "can-do" spirit. You have the insight and experience to embrace, direct, support and the goals of the nursing division.
