LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

You will advocate for patients, educate families, participate in quality improvement, maintain licensure, and contribute to shared governance and organizational goals, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care planning and executing interventions to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate patient flow, prioritize needs, and document assessments, care provided, and incidents accurately.
• Respond to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and support organizational initiatives for better patient and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain professional growth through training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
