Job summary

A healthcare provider in Virginia is seeking a dedicated RN to provide clinical supervision and personalized care to residents. Qualifications

• Licensure required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident’s needs and revise care plan based on condition changes.
• Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.
• Consult with health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Instruct individuals and families on health education and improvement programs.
• Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess resident’s condition.
• Monitor and report symptoms and changes in residents’ conditions.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Evaluate resident’s needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plan based on changes in resident’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans
• Instruct individuals, families on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.
• Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident’s condition; Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents’ responses and conditions.
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in residents’ conditions; Must be able to maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
