AristaCare in Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to residents across our skilled nursing and long-term care programs. You will lead by example, oversee medication supervision, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license, current CPR, and has experience in sub-acute or long-term care.

Qualifications

SHIFTS available: Full time - 7-3, 3-11

AristaCare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN)to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include but not limited to: medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. This position requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The RN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high quality care to all residents.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ, required
• Current CPR certification
• Sub-acute or long term care experience, preferred
• Experience in Long-term care or a Nursing Facility
• Availability to work rotating weekends is a must
