Inspira Health Network seeks a nurse to provide professional care using the nursing process and to coordinate with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes adherence to nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

You must be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program and achieve graduation by the third employment anniversary, and maintain NJ RN licensure with BLS; ACLS and dysrhythmia training are required within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire; dysrhythmia course within 3 months; 8 CE in Stroke annually.

MAJOR FUNCTION:This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care through the nursing process.
