Arcadia Care in KEWANEE, IL is seeking an RN to provide high-quality, collaborative patient care in a team-based environment. This position offers a $12,500 sign-on bonus and shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am with weekend rotation.

The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, and supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) preferred.
