Pay: $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Monday Tue Wed Thu Fri 6am-8am (Client #1), Mon-Wed-Fri 9am-11am (Client #2), MonWed 2pm-5:30pm, Fri 1:30pm-5:00pm (Client #3)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
• Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Day shifts (Monday - Friday)
• Every other weekend required
