Job summary

Hampden Post Acute in Wilbraham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Daily pay is available, with a competitive hourly rate of $44 to $50, all-inclusive.

You will provide skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and ensure plans are followed in a supportive, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per accepted nursing standards and the physician's plan of treatment and the written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered in the POC.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
