Bella Terra Wheeling is hiring Registered Nurses to join a caring, supportive team in a post-acute care setting.

The RN will ensure residents receive medications and nursing care per individual plans, conduct assessments, and lead and advocate for residents. This warm facility emphasizes quality care and community support in Wheeling, IL.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license.
• Prior Registered Nurse, RN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive the required nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow individual care plans as directed.
• Conduct resident assessments and advocate for residents' needs.
