Job summary

Professional Case Management in Colorado (Wheat Ridge) is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services, including care for those who have served our country. New grads are welcome; you can create your own schedule with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts and enjoy new pay rates with weekly pay.

You will build one-on-one relationships with patients, improving health, quality of life and peace of mind while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Promote safety and quality of life for clients.
• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes.
