Job summary

Shift Seekers is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our flexible staffing team in West Reading, PA, delivering high-quality long-term care nursing care. You will work with guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, holiday pay, and flexible pay options with weekly or daily pay.

Shifts are 8 or 12 hours with local assignments to keep you close to home. We provide comprehensive benefits and education opportunities, supporting full-time staff while fostering a culture of impact and stability

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in accordance with laws of this state and have at least 6 months experience in long-term care with at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
