Job summary

New Perspective is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our health and wellness team in a supportive, resident-focused community. The RN will coordinate care for residents in assisted living and memory care, while promoting compassionate, individualized care and teamwork across shifts.

You will provide nursing services, mentor staff, and help maintain high standards of quality care, patient safety, and meaningful engagement for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing in the state where the community is located.
• Experience coordinating care with residents and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of care for residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Provide patient-centered nursing care and support the health and wellness team.
• Train onboarding and coach team members in proper nursing duties as needed.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members in a respectful and friendly manner.
• Support quality care and data collection initiatives.
• Contribute to hospitality and customer service within the community.

RN Position Summary & Qualifications

This important role assists the Health and Wellness team with coordination of care for residents in assisted living and memory care.

The RN:

• Has a current RN license in good standing in the state in which the community is located;
• Performs RN responsibilities in accordance with applicable state and federal laws;
• Assists with training, onboarding and coaching team members in the proper performance of nurse delegated tasks;
• Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective manner;
• Supports quality care and data collection initiatives; and
• Champions hospitality when providing customer service to community residents and their families
