Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily RN appointments and sick‑call assessments.
  • Provide patient education regarding medical conditions, medications, treatment plans, and ongoing health needs.
  • Coordinate and perform laboratory services and follow up on results as appropriate.
  • Schedule and coordinate off‑site medical appointments and specialty care.
  • Complete transfer screenings and other required nursing assessments.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient appointments, examinations, and follow‑up care.
  • Coordinate and manage telemedicine appointments and related patient care.
  • Implement and carry out provider orders accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Manage ongoing medication administration, monitoring, and medication‑related patient needs.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate provider.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and facility standards.
  • Collaborate with providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist with release planning, including medication, follow‑up appointments, education, and coordination of ongoing healthcare needs.
  • Perform additional nursing duties as needed to support the daily healthcare operations of the center.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care within a structured healthcare setting. This is a 26-week contract assignment with renewals anticipated, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek and the opportunity for long-term continuity.The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate medical services, support healthcare providers, and help ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care throughout their stay and transition back into the community.
Schedule & Contract Details

  • Contract Length: 26 weeks, with renewals anticipated
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Start Time: Core start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
  • Some schedule flexibility is required to accommodate laboratory services, work-release schedules, and the operational needs of the center.

What you must have:

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate clinical boundaries at all times.
