Job summary

One Stop Recruiting seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Springfield, GA. This full-time home health role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a chance to mentor a dedicated care team.

You'll coordinate care plans, supervise caregivers and LPNs, ensure proper documentation and compliance, and drive training for new staff. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available to support your move.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN licensure in Georgia.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee care for clients to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
• Oversee caregivers and LPNs to ensure proper care delivery.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits.
• Lead orientation and training for new caregivers.
• Attend team meetings and adjust priorities as needed.
• Adapt communication style for diverse client and caregiver populations.

Overview:

Our home health organization in Springfield is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and elevate the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to mentor a dedicated care team.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Competitive salary: $94,640–100,048 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients and caregivers to ensure quality, compliant care
• Oversee caregivers and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure care is delivered properly
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits for compliance
• Lead orientation and training for new caregivers
• Attend team meetings and adjust priorities as needs arise
• Adapt communication style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities

Qualifications:

• Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong flexibility and ability to redirect priorities as situations change
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
