The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team across Ohio facilities. The RN provides prescribed medical treatment and exceptional personal care to residents in a long-term care setting.

This role supports patient wellbeing and works within Ohio health laws and nursing home standards. Responsibilities include supervising Nursing Assistants, assessing patient needs, managing medications, and operating essential medical equipment.

Formación

• Must hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care nursing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assign Nursing Assistants duties and evaluate progress.
• Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Administer medications, orally or by injection, and document in medication records.
• Assemble and use medical equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen suppliers.

Summary:

The RN follows Ohio State Health laws and nursing home standards and policies. Provides prescribed medical treatment and exceptional personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons as assigned.

• Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and documents in medication administration records
