Under supervision, you will mentor staff, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and maintain PCC documentation while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. A BSN/ADN and an active RN license plus BLS/CPR are required.

Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers efficient, high-quality, and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction. The RN operates within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates appropriate care responsibilities to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The RN manages comprehensive patient care through physical assessments, nursing diagnoses, care plan development, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
