Job summary

Wellbrooke of South Bend is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader to patient care staff on the unit.

Responsibilities include leading a team to ensure medications and treatments are properly executed, documenting care, teaching families, and participating in care planning and patient care conferences; maintain continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license
• Current, valid CPR certification required

• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
