Job summary

Woodlawn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking Registered Nurses for our skilled nursing and long-term care services in Maine. This facility offers 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour work week with a generous sign-on bonus of $20,000 (paid over two years).

RNs will assess and monitor residents, administer medications, follow facility procedures, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in nursing.
• Must be currently registered/licensed in Maine.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; CPR must remain current.
• Knowledge/use of Electronic Medical Records and solid computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Cares for residents.

• Records a resident’s medical history, symptoms, and vitals.
• Updates resident charts and electronic medical records (EMR).

Woodlawn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers specialized professional levels of care and support for our residents including Short-Stay Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing Care, and Long Term Care. Our services are delivered by an experienced, thoughtful, and professional staff who follow evidenced based and clinical best practices to help promote health, safety, and a commitment to providing the highest level of care. 36 hours per week 12 hour shifts
Hourly Rate $37.00 - $44.00
RNs will receive a $20,000 Sign on bonus for eligible employees (paid out over 2 years

RN Job Summary
Registered nurses (RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor residents needs, ensure treatment and care are conducted according to the facility’s procedures, administer medications, and perform other related tasks.
