Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Weekend RN to join our care team in Sedalia, Missouri. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing during the 7p-7a shift, with rotation across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with physicians and other care professionals to ensure safe, effective treatment plans. A strong emphasis on communication with patients and families is required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work weekend night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Coordinate care with other professionals to ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing research and practice
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
