Job summary

StaffDNA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. You will deliver complex, evidence-based care to critically ill adults, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and titration of vasoactive infusions.

You will collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams, support families, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. As part of StaffDNA’s tech-driven, fast-paced culture, you’ll access a transparent, mobile-first platform

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience in ICU/critical care settings.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill adults in the ICU.
• Perform ventilator management and titration of vasoactive infusions.
• Conduct continuous hemodynamic monitoring and respond to alarms.
• Collaborate with intensivists and support families through critical events.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve outcomes.
