Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet individual patient needs while promoting cultural sensitivity.

• Responsibilities: Coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration; support performance improvement initiatives; serve as preceptor or mentor; promote evidence-based practice and research; participate in data collection and protocol development; and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
• Core Duties: Conduct assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; partner with patients and families; foster teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment; support safety goals and resource management.

Qualifications: Associate's Degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and Basic Life Support certification.
