Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities on the assigned unit, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and exceptional care. New grads and walk-ins are welcome.

Open shifts are 7pm-7am on a 3x2 rotation, PRN basis. Benefits include daily pay, 401k with match, company-paid holidays and PTO, and comprehensive family health insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and LTC regulations.
