Skilled Nursing RN - Nights

A Skilled Nursing RN is needed for a night-shift opening in Richland Center, Wisconsin 53581. The position is based at 25951 Circle View Lane in a skilled nursing environment.

The RN will support residents and the nursing team during the overnight schedule. This opening includes an every-other-weekend obligation and requires consistent availability for the stated shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing support within the skilled nursing setting.
• Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift.
• Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
• Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care.
• Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
• Ability to work the 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule.
• Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
• Ability to complete the responsibilities of an overnight skilled nursing RN.
