Job summary

Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team, including Psychiatrists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Residential Counselors. This role provides nursing coverage across three residential locations in New Jersey: Branchburg and Flanders, with additional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience with adults.
• Experience supporting individuals with psychiatric and/or medical needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage across assigned residential and group home sites.
• Meet daily with Site Administrators to review assignments and priorities.
• Deliver medical care, promote health maintenance, and provide health education to clients.
• Arrange and/or accompany clients to medical appointments and follow-up screenings within two weeks.
• Administer immunizations in accordance with New Jersey State law and maintain immunization records.
• Oversee the ordering, storage, and control of medications and first aid supplies.

This position provides nursing coverage across three residential locations:

Davinchi – Branchburg , NJ

Emmans – Flanders , NJ

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing coverage across assigned residential and group home sites.

Meet daily with Site Administrators to review assignments and priorities.

Deliver medical care, promote health maintenance, and provide health education to clients.

Arrange and/or accompany clients to medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within two weeks).

Administer immunizations in accordance with New Jersey State law and maintain accurate immunization records.

Oversee the ordering, storage, and control of medications and first aid supplies.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of one year of nursing experience working with adults.

Experience supporting individuals with psychiatric and/or medical needs preferred.
