Southpoint Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Durham, NC is seeking an RN to supervise staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of Residents under care, in line with nursing policies. This full‑time role covers day, evening, and night shifts and emphasizes compassionate patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a RN license and has LTC/SNF experience, with a commitment to high standards of resident well‑being and teamwork within our supportive management

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and safeguard health, safety, and welfare of Residents under their care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision and direct nursing care across day, evening, and night shifts.

Now Hiring:

(RNs) Registered Nurses: Full Time

Day Shift: 7am-3pm

Evening Shift 3pm-11pm

Night Shift: 11pm-7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Required
