Job summary

Agape Care Group in Rainbow City, Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, create care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to care standards. Applicants should have RN license and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice, with the ability to lift and assist mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Ability to lift 80-100 lbs and assist mobility as required by patient care duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality hospice care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
