Job summary

Sun Harbor Healthcare in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. We offer All Shifts Available and a pay rate up to $40 per hour with shift differentials.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, assess and update resident care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care. Requires active Florida RN license; prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document progress, and promptly report changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care.
