Aviata Health Group in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered team. The role offers both full-time and part-time options with day and night shifts (6:45a-7:15p and 6:45p-7:15a), focusing on supervision of staff and resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking qualified Licensed RNs to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Registered Nurse at Aviata Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This is a part time and full time position, with including 7p-7a and 7p-7a shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
