Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals, providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires Missouri RN license and long-term care experience is preferred; we offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, a $500 referral bonus, competitive wages, shift differential up to $4/hour, 401(k), PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license is required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record resident vital signs, medical conditions, and behavioral changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet each resident’s needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform routine checks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
