Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role involves ensuring care delivery aligns with our policies and licensing standards, while coordinating with physicians and mentoring staff.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, strong communication skills, and a passion for senior care in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice required.
• Prior RN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Charge Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
