Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis for the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift in Ocala, FL. The RN will provide compassionate care to residents, coordinating with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to meet physical, emotional, and social needs per individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.

Essential Responsibilities
