Job summary
Vantage Care Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Vantage at Lowell location to deliver comprehensive nursing care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate services.
The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor residents, administer medications, and assist physicians with care planning, all while maintaining high-quality outcomes for residents and supporting a collaborative care environment.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN license required.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills required.
