Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct, high-quality clinical care and to act as a Team Leader for patient care staff within Briar Hill Health Campus in North Baltimore, Ohio.

You will supervise direct care providers, oversee medication administration, participate in family teaching and care conferences, document thoroughly, and use the nursing process from admission through discharge to ensure consistent, compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with campus policies.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff.
