Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in New York, NY invites an experienced registered nurse to join our on-site care team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and document in our electronic health records system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current clinical competency in patient assessments.
• Provide direct, on-site patient care with accurate documentation in EHR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and patient privacy.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Identify learning needs and pursue relevant nursing development/training.

Responsibilities
