Job summary

Affim Home Care is seeking Per Diem RNs to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients across New London County, CT. Shifts are 12 hours with day and overnight options, and pay is $55/hour with sign-on and referral bonuses.

We offer streamlined onboarding and rapid case placement to get you started quickly. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience (home care a plus), CT RN license, BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience; home care experience is a plus.
• Active CT RN license (compact or multi-state license accepted).
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Physical exam within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Responsibilities
