Job summary

Waters Edge Village in Muncie, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time day/evening shifts (6a‑6p) and full‑time nights (6p‑6a). A $12k sign‑on bonus for night shift RNs and an $8k sign‑on for night shift LPNs are offered.

As an RN, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, promote residents' physical and psychosocial well‑being, document changes thoroughly, and collaborate with care teams to deliver compassionate geriatric care.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Full-Time Day/Evening 6a-6p

Full-Time Nights 6p-6a

$12k sign-on bonus for night shift RNs & $8k sign-on bonus for night shift LPNs*

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
