Job summary

The Blossoms at Mountain View is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents. In this role you will oversee our nursing team and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available. Requirements include a valid RN license in the state, current CPR, and at least two years in skilled nursing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: pain management and IV skills.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize resources for counseling and discharge planning.
