• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes promptly to leadership.
• Promote restorative care to encourage residents' independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing care provided.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards.
