Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Mount Vernon Nursing & Rehab. The role supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and involves building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

The nurse will document changes, provide skilled care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality geriatric services. Shift coverage includes 6p-6a and 6a-6p, with full-time hours and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license
• Proficient medication management skills
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
