Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join The Gardens at Park Pointe on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while focusing on resident well-being.

The role requires leadership during shifts, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians. A compassionate, energetic attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• As a Registered Nurse, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
