BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking registered nurses to provide pediatric and adult home health visits across Holbrook, Coram, Port Jefferson, Riverhead and surrounding areas. A $2000 retention bonus is offered for a 30 hours per week commitment, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

• Coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
